Toodee's Adventure

Athena took Toodee for a walk. As you can see, she got dressed up for the occassion.

We went out on the dock to watch the sunset.

Toodee felt like the situation was getting precarious, so we decided to head home.
(She can't swim.)

Athena thought we were big babies so she ditched us for a minute.

We regrouped and headed home for some ice cream.

Athena has my sense of humor

Every time I said "BOOGER!" it killed. I'm thinking about starting a stand-up routine.

The man who wrote many of the speeches for President George W. Bush is now working on his memoirs.
The book will be called, "Me Do Bad Job."

Caterpillar!

Athena found a caterpillar that she absolutely loved. I think we took entirely too many pictures of him and our flowers, but hey... we've got a lot of time on our hands and a sweet digital camera.

We took him to live in our garden. We're confident he'll be happy there.

The wonders of a little back yard in the city

My little gardener loves to tend the flowers.

This is who lives in a hanging basket in the back yard. They come back every year.

A meeting of the minds over the importance of worms in gardening.

What a lovely evening.

An evening with Mommy

We made some gerbera daisy hanging baskets.

Found some rogue violets to transplant as our own.

Got up close and personal with some friendly, busy ants.

Collected some rocks.

And took a lovely evening stroll.... have we mentioned how much we love Spring?
